PROCESS ORDERS: 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS

REGULAR SHIPPING: 7-14 BUSINESS DAYS

Due to COVID-19, there is a chance packages can be delayed. However, we will do everything in our power to see that your package(s) are received in a timely manner.

You'll receive a tracking number after your order has been shipped via email or text. 

• If you received a tracking number that means your order has entered processing and is being fulfilled to ship. Please allow 24 hours to track your package for updates on USPS website.
• If you missed your delivery we suggest that you make the best effort to pick up your package from the local post office. If you decide to reschedule delivery on USPS website, keep in mind that it can delay your package for an uncertain amount of days.
• If you received a delivery notification and you have yet to receive your order, please do the following: Check your mailbox, leasing office, porch, surrounding areas around your home that may have retrieved. 
• USPS IS A THIRD PARTY VENDOR, WE DO NOT WORK FOR USPS OR HAVE ANY CONTROL OVER DELIVERY. PLEASE TRACK YOUR PACKAGE AND ANTICIPATE THE ARRIVAL.
